Our facilitator courses are designed as initiations rather than quick certifications. They support deep personal process alongside practical facilitation skills, weaving somatic intelligence, humanistic psychology, ritual arts, and community-based practice. You don’t just learn what to offer, you are supported to grow into who you are as a facilitator, and how you show up in the world.

As part of the URUBU ecosystem, facilitators are invited into continued practice spaces, peer feedback, apprenticeships, and opportunities to assist, facilitate, and eventually train others. This is a school built on trust, reflection, and lived experience, not hierarchy or performance.
